The Atlanta Opera’s Discoveries series highlights bold, intimate productions of contemporary and lesser-known works presented in distinctive, non-traditional venues. Designed to engage adventurous audiences, Discoveries embraces fresh perspectives on the art form, showcasing emerging talent and exploring thought-provoking themes. Many productions feature immersive, site-specific staging that brings audiences closer to the music and drama.

Payment plans are available for subscription orders. Choose to pay in installments, up to three months. For more information, please contact Ticketing Services at 404-881-8885.
When purchased, the season subscription ticket delivery method will default to USPS mailed delivery. Single ticket delivery defaults to mobile delivery.
If you prefer mobile delivery for season subscription tickets, please indicate this when ordering.
For the best mobile access, please download The Atlanta Opera app in the Apple Store or Google Play for easy access.
You may select hold at the box office for will-call pick up at the performance.
USPS mailed delivery tickets will be shipped within 10 business days for single tickets or in early spring/summer for subscriptions.
Single tickets for our current season are now on sale.
Single tickets for 2026-27 season performances will go on sale summer 2026.
Lobby doors open 90 minutes before the performance to allow patrons to arrive early and enjoy “Opera Insights”, the pre-performance talk.
Audience members may enjoy food and beverage options in designated areas. Drinks only will be permitted in the theater during the performance. Please note that the Front Orchestra section overlooking the orchestra pit is still restricted to bottled water only. Ushers will not allow open drinks in this area.
Tickets may only be donated back to the Opera before a performance has occurred. Ticket donations can not be accepted after a performance.
